I am so devastated about Obama winning!!!!!!!!! Can't people understand he won't be a good president? I think he was elected just because he was a different color than John McCain. Obama is going to give us a better econamy. A better econamy equals FEWER abortions.
He's not going to raise taxes on the middle class people, only the really rich ones who don't need all of the money, and he's going to give that money to the poor. Last I checked there's nothing wrong with giving money to people who need it.
Yes on prop 8 won out over No on prop 8, so, no there will be no gay marriage.
But of course those are my view points, and you are entitled to yours =)
Joy some people don't believe what you believe. Be careful what you say. But I'm sad too. But you know maybe christians will really start shining there lights now that our world is a little darker. Luckily in CA prop 8 was passed so that means in CA marriage stays between a man and a woman, woot!!!

To be honest, Joy, I agree with your views on abortion - it's horrible. But I wouldn't outlaw it if I were president. If it was outlawed, women could harm themselves by doing it themselves or illegally hiring someone. Instead of making abortions illegal, I would educate the women getting the abortions so that they could know that it is actually murder, and i would also inform them of how many diseases and disorders they could get from the operation.
sierra: Really? I heard that Obama would raise taxes on upper-middle class, too. I also agree that there is nothing wrong with giving money to the needy. Some have no jobs because all of the opportunities in their field were shipped out to other countries. However, if people are poor because they lie around all day and are too lazy to work, giving money to them is unfair to the people who work hard to earn a living.
Well socialism is just stupid, abortion is evil, and he agrees with more taxes. I don't care how the president is like, if he agrees with those, he's an idiot...sorry those who dont agree. I was like "dang it mom, obama won" when i got the newspaper yesterday.
I don't think it's really fair that obama will make rich peoples pay more taxes. If I'm rich and successful, I'd like to be able to enjoy it without having to pay more in taxes. Isn't America supposed to be EQUAL!?
