Hello, world :). I have decided to post for my friend, Sam, who updates her blog all the time, while I post every few years.
My camera broke, so I won't get to put up many pictures anymore :(.
Let me just say, high school has been the most chaotic year of my life, and the school year just started!
Ummm...let's see. Well, for recent news, I got my braces off after 3 1/2 years! The retainer is really painful, though. Another thing is I got CRT lenses. For those of you who didn't know, I used to wear glasses for years, and then I switched to contact lenses, and now I have CRT lenses. CRT lenses are basically like hard contact lenses that you sleep with, and while you sleep, they shape your cornea to how it should be. Then, you take them out in the morning. You have perfect vision for the rest of the day, and then put in your lenses back in at night. Since I just got them, my eyes have been having to adjust, so my vision hasn't been that great. I'm not supposed to wear contact lenses because they flatten my eye, doing the the opposite of what the CRT lenses do. I REFUSE to wear glasses...so, I've been having people come up to me, and I can't even tell who they are, and I've been bumping into things. Haha :D. Lol, anyways...the picture I put up shows how the lenses work.
This year in my school we have to do a musical. Acting is NOT my strong suit. I was paired up with my friends, and we had to write a song, record it, and then we'll sing it and play it in chapel in front of our whole school. Recording the song was extremely awkward, and singing it in school will be even more awkward! It was basically a parody on the song "Yellow Submarine."
In other news, I have been obsessed with Owl City's new album. I highly recommend it, hehe. ;)
To add one more random thing, I just noticed the "31," standing for 31 flavors in Baskin Robbins' logo!

Your CRT lenses sound really cool! I've never heard of anything like that before.
